Flickr Community Guidelines: Don't

Flickr released new Community Guidelines: a terms of use written in everday language. It is broken down to Do and Don't. This was under Don't. It kind of made me think of the Richard Scary characters: Pig Will and Pig Won't (you might remember when they were tasked with painting a boat): Now Flickr just needs Pig Do and Pig Don't. Where does Lowly fit in? Maybe he uses Picassa to host his pictures of his hat collection. Anyway, one other new guideline that is in place since Flickr has been acquired by Yahoo is that you can only have a Flickr pic on your site if it links back to the Flickr page.
