TechTool Pro 4 You're my only hope ...

I visited the Cambridge MicroCenter on Saturday night to buy TechTool Pro 4 in hopes of rescuing files from my wife's Powerbook before the hd gets swapped out. The new iMacs were on display - with the built in cameras. Certainly sleeker than the pill bottle sized iSight I rushed out to buy in 2004. If TTP 4 is able to recue anything - I will have to put the files on my iPod and start a slow shuttle between the dead Powerbook and the stable eMac. The eMac is running better now that I ran TTP 4 on it and defragmented and optimized this and that. OK. This could possibly be the world's most boring blog post. Oh - did I mention the nude streaker at the computer store who was yelling about animal rights before being tackled to the ground? That was a shameless attempt at spicing up this entry. Uhmm, oh they were giving sample of some sort of Gnuttella copcat spread at the Trader Joe's across the rain strewn parking lot - it was pretty good. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I fell asleep before getting to see Pronce on Saturday Night Live. Did he do a skit with Armisen?
