| Attended an interesting night of writers and poets at the Jimmy Tingle Off Broadway Theater in Davis Square. I took this picture with Tingle when I signed up for the mailing list after the show. His humorous bits of hosting the show made me want to see this veteran comic/political commentator's one-man-show. Tom Perotta read an interesting passage from his new novel Little Children. And Tim Gage's new account of being on his Long Island high school's football team pep squad was amusing. Steve Almond read a racy story about summer love that ended somberly and somehow tied in major themes of loss and aging and memory. | Kerr_tingle_web Originally uploaded by bkerr. |
