Here's to you Syd

I don't think there are any pictures of my late step-Grandfather Sydney on the web, so here is one. My brother Ryan and I are celebrating the holidays in West Palm Beach Florida with my grandparents. Sydney was always impeccably dressed, having been in the clothing business. I used to look forward to reading the collecetd New Yorker cartoons in the yellow cloth book in his white bookcase when we would visit my grandparents in New London during the summer. From there balcony on Pequod Avenue we could see the Nuclear Submarine base across the river in Groton. Next up I will post a picture of my late Grandfather Leo on the other side of the family. (Hmm ... maybe I should should make a separate blog for family photos so this one has some direction.)
