MIdnight is when the day begins

It is 3:52 in the morning and my upstairs neighbors are either having a very late party or a running of the bulls. Also, there is a leaky gasket or something on their toilet and water has been dripping into our bathroom all night due to the increased traffic.

Ah, the joys of rental living.

On a more positive note - I bought the David Cross comedy documentary, Laugh for America, and got a good hour and a half worth of laughs earlier in the ... yesterday.
