Philadelphia Weekly gives "My Baby's Daddy" a D (despite cameos by Scott Thompson and Amy Sedaris):

PhiladelphiaWeekly.com: "My Baby's Daddy appears to have been edited by shoving scenes through an electric fan (watch Griffin model half a dozen hairstyles within five minutes of screen time), but Dunye does manage to regard the movie's many interracial relationships with a welcome business-as-usual shrug.

But before we start handing out points for progressiveness, let's remember that the Chinese characters are named 'Cha-Ching,' 'Bling-Bling' and 'Lil Ding-a-Ling.'"
